IOCL, with its marketing headquarters in Bandra, Mumbai, sought a comprehensive revamp of its boardrooms and conference rooms, integrating state-of-the-art audio-video solutions with premium interior design. The objective was to enhance functionality, improve usability, and create a visually striking "WOW" effect that fosters higher productivity and engagement.

The revamp broke away from traditional conventions, embracing an out-of-the-box approach to achieve results that were previously unimaginable. The audio video systems integrator Cosmos Business Machines was selected from multiple bidders due to its strong track record in delivering high-quality AV projects for renowned organizations like BPCL, ONGC, LIC, NABARD, Sun Pharma, Aditya Birla Group, and others. Their expertise and industry best practices ensured a seamless and state-of-the-art implementation for IOCL. One of the major challenges was executing the project without disrupting daily business operations. Cosmos successfully overcame this by deploying its team during non-working hours for installation and setup, ensuring thorough site cleanup each morning, keeping the work environment clutter-free and fully functional during the day.
