ONGC needed to upgrade its existing Board and Conference Rooms located on the 5th floor of DUB, Vasant Kunj, to support advanced video conferencing needs, especially catalyzed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which increased dependency on seamless remote connectivity. The existing rooms required:
Revamping to a state-of-the-art Video Conferencing (VC) and Audio-Visual (AV) system.
Enhanced acoustic treatment to reduce unwanted reverberation and noise.
Modern equipment integration, including digital audio systems, LED video walls, multi-camera coverage with auto-tracking, and seamless AV over IP networking.
Upgraded electrical infrastructure and reliable UPS for uninterrupted system operation.
Comprehensive civil works including improved interior design with acoustic paneling, flooring, ceiling, and thematic aesthetics.
Scalable, multi-protocol connectivity supporting BYOD (Bring Your Own Device).
Efficient room booking with integrated scheduling and remote connectivity.

Acoustic optimization using thermal bonded polyester wadding and acoustic panels with detailed framing.
