The project focuses on creating a seamless, secure, and centrally managed AV and collaboration environment across all meeting and classroom spaces. The solution emphasizes efficient cable management and a BYOD-enabled wireless presentation system that minimizes IT team intervention while ensuring ease of use.
To comply with enterprise IT policies, guest presentations can be conducted without connecting to the internal network. The system also integrates advanced collaboration features, including video conferencing and digital annotation capabilities.
All rooms are designed to be centrally controlled and scheduled through integration with the Visitor Management System, ensuring optimized utilization and monitoring. Additionally, the project incorporates enterprise-wide asset management, enabling real-time tracking and streamlined maintenance of AV infrastructure.
